Exchanges and refunds must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Product Availability: At Sacks, we pride ourselves in maintaining a large inventory of merchandise. Occasionally, an item may be out-of-stock at our store. If this occurs, we will make every attempt to drop-ship the item directly to you from the manufacturer. Drop-shipped items usually take 7-10 days to arrive. If an item is also out-of-stock at the manufacturer, we will notify you as soon as possible. Shipping: All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours pending credit card verification. Items shipped via Standard Delivery (UPS Ground) should arrive at your door in 3-5 business days. USPS Express Shipping is available for an additional charge of $22.00. Express shipping is not available on drop-shipped items, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed on drop-shipped items. We ship internationally to Canada, Europe and other select countries.
